     This ultrasonic nozzle through compressed air or piezoelectric transducers produce high frequency of vibration to atomize the liquid into fine mist droplet, the drop sizes range from 1-10 microns, dust particles collide with water drops of an equivalent size for optimum dust capturing.

The nozzle through two Steps below to finish atomization:

·  Step 1, Preliminary atomization: Fine water stream was sheared by high-speed flowing air.

·  Step 2, Fine particle water mist: The initial atomized water droplets mixed high-speed air flow,impinging on the vibrating head.

Design features

1. Ultrasonic atomizing nozzles could creat extremely fine droplets- "dry fog", with droplets size 1-10 Microns.

2. The average droplets are small and uniform which is very important for the dust suppression.

3. The vibration of the impinging head and high-speed air can avoid the dust adhere to the spray hole.

Installation

     The ultrasonic atomizing nozzle can connect by the two different adapters, common types and thin-wall types.

· Common types

     Common types can be welded or other methods to Fix at the working point water inlet thread is G1/8, Air inlet thread is G1/4.

·The thin-wall types

     The thin-wall types install on the thin wall, the bottom thread fit into the thin wall openings, and use the caps to fix it on the wall.
